Exercise classes

The Group has run exercise classes for members who are either heart patients or former heart patients since its inception in 1997. 

These are intended to be a natural follow-on from the rehabilitation sessions run at local hospitals. 

​

The classes form phase 4 in the National Cardiac Rehabilitation programme.

​

Wednesday evening: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

 

at St John the Evangelist Church Hall, Greenlands Ave, Greenlands, Redditch B98 7PZ.

Friday morning : 9.30am - 10.30am 

​

at the Scout Hut, 32 Kidderminster Road  Bromsgrove. B61 7JU

Friday afternoon:   1.30pm - 2.30pm

          at the Oakenshaw Centre, Castleditch Lane, Redditch B98 7YB

Exercise Class fees are £5 per person and you must register with us on Joining
